Smith and the associates at Stafford Smith Commercial Realty assist clients in locating financing to either fund their purchases or refinance their existing debt. The concentration is on commercial financing as a specialty to the mortgage banking industry. Ray S. Smith has also been instrumental in the starting and ownership of a local commercial bank, The Tinton Falls State Bank.
